Can I alter my order?
When you have placed an order with us, we begin processing it immediately and are thus unable to add or remove any items from this order. Should you wish to purchase another product, an additional order must be placed. Any unwanted items may be returned to us for a full refund. (See our Returns Policy)
Am I able to cancel my order?
Unfortunately Cyntos Fashion Clothing does not offer the option of cancelling orders once they have been placed. However, we are able to offer a full refund if you are at all unsatisfied with your order. For more information on this, please see our Returns Policy.
Can I place an order over the telephone?
Cyntos Fashion Clothing offers a purely online service and we cannot take orders over the telephone. If you are experiencing any problems with placing an order online, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org where we will endeavour to reply to your queries within a couple of hours.
How do I know when my order has been accept
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have successfully received your order and will begin processing it swiftly. We will similarly notify you when your items have been despatched so that you will have a rough idea of when it / will arrive.
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
If we have sold out of an item, this will be indicated on the product description page when you are shopping on the site. If for some particular reason we have run out of stock of an item for which you have already placed an order, we will send you an email to notify you and suggest an alternative. Should you have purchased multiple items in that particular order, we will proceed with sending the rest of the order as normal, minus the charge for those out of stock.
Can I place an order for an item if it is out of stock?
Regrettably, when an item goes out of stock we cannot take any pre-orders for future stock as we are unable to determine when or if we will request more of the same product once we have initially sold out. This being said, in some cases we do order more and so it is a good idea to keep checking the website periodically.
When will my card be charged?
We will only charge you for your order when it has been despatched, at which point the funds will leave your account. When handling returns, the funds will only be released into your account after a successful return of items in an acceptable condition within the stipulated 14 day period.
Does Cyntos Fashion Clothing deliver to P.O. boxes?
We are sorry to say that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Will someone need to sign for my order upon delivery?
Yes, someone will always need to sign for deliveries from Cyntos Fashion Clothing so that we are certain that your order has arrived. Deliveries are usually made between 9.00am and 5.30pm between Monday and Friday. If you or the intended recipient is unavailable, the courier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If you cannot sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address with further instructions on how to rearrange a delivery at a mutually attractive time.
Do you ship to my country?
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, Europe and USA excluding BFPO addresses. We will also delivery of certain products to Africa if ready to pay delivery charge applied. If we believe the address is not secure; for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
How much will it cost for postage and packaging?
For delivery, total delivery charges are automatically calculated by the system based on the total weight of the items and ordered.
You are more likely to pay less delivery charges per item as you order more. You will be shown the amount you shall be paying for delivery when you are checking out
How long will it take for my item(s) to be delivered?
With standard UK delivery, it will take 5-7 working days. In remote rural areas and a small number of postcodes, we cannot guarantee our usual delivery time. In particularly busy periods like sales, during the lead up to Christmas and Bank holidays, for reasons outside of our control it may take a little while longer for your items to get to you. During these times we recommend that if you need the items by a certain date to plan in advance. International delivery may take up to 7-14 working days, and we ask that you also provide the couriers with your telephone number should they have any queries which they need to discuss with you.
Can I track my order?
You will be able to track your order by following the link on your despatch confirmation email issued by us after 48 hours of receipt.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are not an issued upon the successful return of items in a good condition. The monetary value paid for the items returned (excluding shipping costs) will be released into the account with which the order was initially placed.
How do I know which size to order?
On the page where the product is displayed, please follow the link to display a size chart which will indicate measurements for each garment. We follow the U.K. standard system of sizing and (depending on the product) this will range between a size 6 and 22.
How do I wash and care for my purchases?
We recommend that our customers follow the instructions on the care label inside the garment.Cyntos Fashion Clothing advises that customers do not deviate from these instructions, and will not take any responsibility for shrinkage, pilling, or colour loss through washing.
