While we optimistically anticipate that you will be thrilled with your purchase, we are perfectly happy to offer either a full refund or exchange should you not be completely satisfied. May all returned items please be sent back in their original packaging sent to you? Please ensure that the package is suitably protected.
Returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition with the designer garment tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or untagged returned items may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Prior to leaving our warehouse, all items are carefully checked to ensure a high level of quality control. It is highly unlikely that a damaged product would be delivered to you; however should this be the case do contact us immediately at email@example.com with an exchange or refund.
Footwear needs to be returned unmarked and in its original and unspoiled packaging.

The return of items beyond our specified 7 day exchange period will be dealt with at our own discretion.
Returned purchases must reach us within the 7 day period stipulated in our Terms and Conditions. Returns made outside this timeframe will be handled at our own discretion.
Change in Practice during Sale Periods
Cyntos fashion clothing is unfortunately unable to exchange sale items over the sale period as items cannot be put on hold. If you are after a different size or colour, an additional order must be placed whilst you return the initial purchase to ensure that you don't miss out. Once we have received this return, a full refund will be issued to you as promptly as possible. Please also note that during sale periods, the volume of orders may create a slight delay in the delivery of your order, however we will always Endeavour to get your wares to you as quickly as possible.
Return of Goods from Non-E.U. Countries

Unfortunately, Cyntos fashion clothing does pay returns fees with overseas and UK deliveries and so customers will be required to pay for their own returns.
With appropriately returned merchandise, the account from which the purchase was made will be credited the original price paid, with the deduction of any import duties or tax incurred. Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at present. As an alternative, we recommend that customers proceed with placing a new order for the appropriate size or colour and we will be happy to refund the item(s) returned.
